Chris Jericho keert deze zomer terug in WWE. De voormalig Undisputed WWE Champion, World Heavyweight Champion en negenvoudig Intercontinental Champion (een record in WWE) staat onder andere in de line-up van WWE Live op 27 juni in Boston, Massachusetts.
Y2J stond in februari van dit jaar voor het laatst in een WWE-ring. Jericho kwam alleen in actie tijdens WWE Live events. De tv-shows Raw, SmackDown en de Royal Rumble pay-per-view liet hij aan zich voorbij gaan. De afgelopen maanden was Jericho aan het touren met zijn rockband Fozzy.
De uit Winnipeg, Canada afkomstige Jericho is niet alleen WWE Superstar en Rockstar, hij is ook een begenadigd schrijver. In oktober 2014 verscheen zijn derde boek: ‘The Best in the World – At What I Have No Idea’. Jericho schreef al twee boeken over zijn carrière: ‘A Lion’s Tale: Around the World in Spandex’ (2008) en ‘Undisputed: How to Become the World Champion in 1,372 Easy Steps’ (2011). De drie boeken zijn absolute ‘must reads’ voor iedere WWE (en sport/entertainment) liefhebber.
