Het lijkt erop dat San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick elk jaar in problemen komt als hij in de off-season naar Miami gaat. Werd hij vorig jaar nog op de foto gezet met een Miami Dolphins pet, nu lijkt hij serieus in de problemen te zijn.

Kaepernick zou met teamgenoot Quinton Patton en Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Ricardo Lockette bij een feestje zijn geweest en kwam daar in aanraking met de vrouw die Kaepernick van aanranding beschuldigd:

According to the police report, the accuser told cops she went to Lockette’s apartment around 9pm on April 1 and saw Kaepernick and Patton.
The woman says she mixed some drinks for the guys and gave them shots, but they told her that “in order to drink the shots she had to ‘hit’ the bong which contained marijuana.”
The woman says she felt lightheaded and went to the bedroom to lie down.
She claims Kaepernick “came up behind her into the bedroom and started kissing her.”
